SyncFlow by HeartLabs Digital helps users create, schedule, and publish social media content to connected social media accounts. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how users can request deletion of their data.

Information We Collect

We may collect account information such as name, business name, email address, login details, connected platform information, social media page or account IDs, encrypted access tokens, post captions, publishing status, and system logs needed to operate the service.

Media Uploads

For free accounts, uploaded media is used only for publishing and is not permanently stored as a media library. Temporary media files may be removed after successful publishing or automatically cleaned up after a limited period. Paid plans may include media storage features when enabled by the account owner.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, connect social media platforms, generate or publish posts, maintain security, troubleshoot errors, improve product performance, and comply with platform requirements.

Social Media Platform Data

When users connect Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or other platforms, SyncFlow may store required account identifiers and encrypted tokens to perform requested actions such as testing the connection or publishing approved content. Tokens are encrypted before storage and are not publicly displayed.

AI Caption Generation

If users use the AI caption assistant, the information they enter may be sent to an AI service provider to generate caption suggestions. Users should avoid entering sensitive personal information into caption prompts.

Data Sharing

We do not sell user data. We may share data only with service providers needed to operate SyncFlow, connected social media platforms when users request posting actions, or when required by law.

Security

We use reasonable technical safeguards such as password hashing, encrypted token storage, HTTPS, role-based access, and logging. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

User Choices

Users may disconnect social media accounts, request data deletion, or stop using the service. Account owners may contact HeartLabs Digital to request account removal.
