These Terms of Service govern the use of SyncFlow by HeartLabs Digital. By using this system, you agree to use it responsibly and only for accounts, pages, and platforms that you own or are authorized to manage.

Service Description

SyncFlow is a social media management tool that allows users to create posts, generate caption drafts, connect social media accounts, and publish approved content to supported platforms.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, and appropriateness of all content uploaded or published through SyncFlow. Users must not publish misleading, infringing, abusive, illegal, or platform-violating content.

Platform Rules

Users must comply with the rules, policies, and API requirements of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and any other connected platform. Platform features may change depending on the availability and approval status of third-party APIs.

Account Access and Tokens

Users are responsible for connecting only accounts they are authorized to manage. Access tokens and API credentials must be kept secure. HeartLabs Digital may revoke, suspend, or remove connections that appear unsafe, unauthorized, or abusive.

AI-Generated Content

AI-generated captions are suggestions only. Users must review and approve all content before publishing. HeartLabs Digital is not responsible for errors, claims, or consequences caused by unreviewed or inaccurate generated text.

Media Storage

Free accounts do not include permanent media storage. Media files may be temporarily processed for posting and then deleted. Paid accounts may include media library features depending on the selected plan.

Service Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be affected by hosting, maintenance, third-party API changes, token expiration, or platform approval requirements.

Limitation of Liability

SyncFlow is provided as-is. HeartLabs Digital is not liable for lost posts, failed publishing, platform restrictions, account penalties, data loss, or business losses caused by use or misuse of the system.
